Materials and Finishes

Size, Tolerance and Capacity Limits

Part diameter is reviewed against your drawing rather than published, so send your dimensions and we confirm fit before you order. General tolerances follow ISO 2768-m unless stated on the drawing, and precision diameters are held to ±0.01 mm.

Orders start at 50 pieces per style and material, and the bar-fed process scales well into large runs. Monthly capacity is over 100,000 parts, scheduled flexibly around your order dates.

Every batch ships with a material certificate (MTR) and pre-shipment photos of your actual parts. That is the complete document set — nothing hidden and no extra paperwork you did not request. DFM feedback arrives before you commit, so drawing issues are caught early.

Design Guidelines for Cost and Manufacturability

Small parts reward clean geometry. Keep wall thickness above the practical minimum for the material, avoid overly long unsupported sections where the design can be shortened, and specify thread depth only as deep as the assembly needs.
