CNC Turning Services — What We Machine

Our cnc turning services machine rotational parts from bar and blank on CNC lathes at our factory in Qidong City, Jiangsu Province, in the Binhai Industrial Park on Nanhai Road. Send a STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF or PDF drawing and we return DFM feedback with a quote within 24 hours. We machine cnc turned parts in aluminium, stainless steel, carbon and alloy steel, brass, copper and titanium, and we hold precision diameters and bores to ±0.01 mm.

When a part mixes turned and milled features, our cnc milling and turning handles both in one order — flats, cross holes and keyways are cut after the turning pass. Because turning runs from bar stock, repeat orders stay consistent from batch to batch, which helps when a turned part goes into a longer production program. Materials and Finishes

Surface finishes run through our vetted partner network, managed under one quality process. Common options for turned parts include passivation, zinc plating, nickel plating and polishing and brushing, with the full list on our surface finishes page.

Size, Tolerance and Capacity Limits

Maximum turning diameter is quoted per drawing rather than published, so send your part dimensions and we review them against our lathe capacity. General tolerances follow ISO 2768-m unless stated on the drawing, and precision features are held to ±0.01 mm.

Orders start at 50 pieces per style and material, and monthly capacity is over 100,000 parts, scheduled flexibly around your order dates.

Documents That Ship With Every Order

Every batch ships with a material certificate (MTR) and pre-shipment photos of your actual turned parts. That is the complete document set — nothing hidden and no extra paperwork you did not request. DFM feedback arrives before you commit, so drawing issues are caught early.

Design Guidelines for Cost and Manufacturability

A few design choices keep turned parts affordable. Keep wall thickness above the practical minimum for the material, avoid overly deep bores where a shorter thread does the job, and specify thread depth only as deep as the assembly needs. Tight tolerances on every diameter cost more than one precision fit, so flag only the surfaces that matter.
